REQUIREMENTS	About The Role We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join the growing Factory X marketing team. The ideal person will bring a unique illustrative flair and also be across the best digital practices. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work as part of the creative marketing team not only being a valuable team player, but also developing and delivering on unique and interesting concepts to further elevate your brands. Responsibilities: Design for a broad range of projects including digital and moving (gif) image. Navigating briefs while utilising best digital practices to optimise online brand experiences. Digital Customer communications (emails, flyers, leaflets, look books, vouchers etc). Creation of digital design and assets for use on our website and social media platforms. Creation of presentation and mock-ups to present ideas/executions for approval. Any other relevant ad hoc duties. Key Requirements: High attention to detail Strong written language and grammar skills Proficient user of Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Professional in presentation and communication Ability to work in a team environment on multiple jobs and meet tight deadlines Self-motivated and hardworking Technical Skills: Proven experience in graphic design and printing ideally within the fashion industry Computer savvy with solid experience in Illustrator and Photoshop Ability to remain grounded and work autonomously during high pressure and deadline driven environment Excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent problem solving skills coupled with the ability to think outside the box to achieve extraordinary things We are offering: Competitive annual salary Dynamic fun work culture Career development opportunities Work with iconic Australian-owned designer labels
