About you:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and health and keeps up to date with industry trends. Experience in yoga/Pilates practice will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities
Driving the business and marketing the brand, achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, high levels of customer service, inspiring, coaching and motivating your staff including performance reviews and training, have a sound understanding of all products in store, confidence in styling, educating customers about the brand and proper fits for their needs, adhere to all stock and merchandising standards held by L’urv, reflect the brand image and being the ultimate brand ambassador, reporting to head office and maintaining strong relationships

Skills and Experience
A minimum of 2 years in fashion retail management, ability to think outside the box, positive and bubbly, flexible with working hours, especially in peak trade periods, hardworking and self-motivated, holds high standards of personal presentations, loves being active and passionate about a healthy, fit lifestyle, loves L’urv, outstanding communication and organisational skills

L’urv is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic head office team located in Inner Melbourne

About The Role
We’re seeking a marketer with experience in retail/online marketing and a passion for fashion and fitness! As the Marketing Manager for the L’urv brand you will work closely with designers, creative directors, planners, visual merchandisers, retail managers and e-commerce team to build our lifestyle brand and deliver marketing and merchandising programs that generate outstanding results. You will be the Brand ambassador and contact point for PR, editorial and partnership opportunities and will thrive in our dynamic and energetic work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales expectations for both retail and online
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across all channels (digital, social media, print, retail) to drive traffic in store and online
  • Develop and manage brand calendars, creative briefs and marketing materials
  • Copy writing – for all brand and marketing collateral
  • Social media management – manage social media platforms and advertising, drive data acquisition, create content and engage/post/comment (7 days a week)
  • Drive competitions, cross promotions and collaborations to increase brand acquisition, exposure and awareness
  • Manage monthly marketing calendars, product marketing initiatives & seasonal promotions
  • Ensure weekly campaigns & promotions are supported across all stores & online channels
  • Organize campaign shoots, prepare press collateral & oversee all store visual materials
  • Manage media outreach & press enquiries, maximize PR & promotional opportunities
  • Event management – launch events, VIP in-store events, fashion festivals
